Our Approach to Wellness
At Elementary Wellness, we employ a three-pronged approach: environment, nutrition, and lifestyle. We start by identifying and removing environmental toxins, nurturing the body through nutrition, focusing on gut health, and easing into detoxification. There is nothing groundbreaking in that process until you get to the third prong: Lifestyle.
We don't stop at sleep hygiene and yoga. Our unique approach to lifestyle changes incorporates mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and spirituality. We believe that stress and emotional trauma fester into disease in the absence of spirituality.
When you are spiritually enlightened, you are more in tune with your body, and thus better able to give it what it needs and identify what isn't working.
Our work hinges on empowering each individual to know their body, interpret its responses, and nourish it for life.
We utilize the HTMA test to gain insight into imbalances and the body's reaction to stressors. The test results act as a guide, informing us which tools the body needs so that it can return to a state of rest and digest.
Once we have the protocol, we provide support and accountability so that you can make the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes that will lead to vitality.
