Refund Policy

At Elementary Wellness Consulting LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness services. Because our coaching, programs, and consulting services involve significant preparation, scheduling, and personalized attention, we maintain the following refund policy:

 

1. General Refund Policy

All payments for services, programs, packages, coaching sessions, workshops, or digital products are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

 

2. Refunds for Services Not Yet Rendered

Refunds will only be honored for services that have not yet been rendered (i.e., sessions, modules, or consultations that have not taken place).

 

To qualify for a refund request:

- The service must be scheduled at least two (2) weeks (14 days) in advance of the cancellation date.

- You must submit your refund request in writing via email to [your email address] at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service date.

 

Requests made less than 14 days before a scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund.

 

3. Partial Refunds for Multi-Session Packages

If you purchased a package of multiple sessions or a program and have not completed all sessions:

- A partial refund may be issued for the unused portion of the package, calculated on a pro-rated basis minus any administrative or preparation fees.

- Once a session has been delivered or attended, that portion of the package is considered rendered and is non-refundable.

 

4. Retention of Incurred Expenses

In the event of any cancellation, Elementary Wellness Consulting LLC reserves the right to retain all expenses already incurred in connection with the cancelled services. This includes, but is not limited to, materials prepared, resources provided, time spent on customization, third-party costs, or any non-refundable deposits paid on your behalf.

 

5. No Refunds for Digital Products and Instant Access Content

Digital downloads, e-books, recorded programs, online courses, or any content delivered instantly upon purchase are non-refundable. Once access is granted or the file is downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval and issued to the original method of payment. Refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution. We do not issue refunds in cash or by check unless previously agreed in writing.

 

7. Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies). Any exception must be requested in writing and approved by Elementary Wellness Consulting LLC. Granting an exception in one case does not set a precedent for future requests.

 

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email elizabeth@elementarywellnessconsulting.com with the following information:

 

- Your full name and account/email used for purchase

- Order or invoice number

- Date of the scheduled service (if applicable)

- Reason for the cancellation

 

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Elementary Wellness Consulting LLC.

By purchasing or enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy.
